Discover
As a most reliable IT firm, we assist our customers to discover the need of new projects and the right products/solutions for a secure and efficient business operations. This is a free service for all our new customer.

Define
We work very close with our customers to make sure that everything discussed/discovered is well defined in paper and in a presentable format to the Management team for further actions. This includes preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR) and Budget associated to each solutions.

Design
Design is the starting phase of a project. During this phase we support our customers to find out key features, structure, and major deliverables expected from the project. This is very important phase to achieve the project goal.

Develop
During the development phase, we will make sure that everything that will be needed to implement the project is arranged.Potential suppliers or subcontractors are brought in, a schedule is made, materials and tools are ordered, instructions are given to the personnel and so forth.

Deploy
At this stage, we will make sure that the standards are followed and product is ready to put into production. Project team will conduct tests and confirms that the product passes each testing phase and is ready to go live. Acceptance test will be conducted with customer for UAT Sign off.

Deliver
Product/Solution will go live during this phase. Deliverables will be compared with the outcomes expected from the project and finally project will be handed over to customer. At this time, we organize trainings for our customers for a smooth handover.
